The National Youth Agency presents this webinar from criminologist and youth work practitioner, Craig Pinkney, on the effects of the national COVID-19 lockdowns on young people and youth violence.

Craig attempts to bridge the gap between academic theory and frontline practice amidst the heights of the pandemic, as he explores the current landscape of youth violence practice and what concerns he has for the future.

Craig Pinkney is a Criminologist, Urban Youth Specialist, PhD Researcher, Founder and Director of Solve: The Centre for Youth Violence and Conflict.

Craig is acknowledged as one of the UK's leading thinkers/doers in responding to Gangs and Serious Youth Violence.

He is an JNC qualified Youth Worker with over 16 years of experience as an Outreach Worker, Transformational Speaker, Gang Exit Strategist, Advisor, Mediator, Mentor and Filmmaker.
