The role is for care co-ordinators who will be given a case load.They are an early intervention service, and we work with people who suffer first episode of psychosis. You will work closely with our clients, their families and carers and ensuring an assertive outreach approach.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and working alongside, our Psychiatrists, Psychologists including a FI specialist and CBT worker, nurses, social workers, and OTs along with our employment specialists.

Experience
Essential

- Experience of working in a community mental health team
- Experience with some who has intervention

Qualifications
Desirable

- In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body
