Are you passionate about building a high performing team to support clients with mental health support needs who have experienced homelessness?
About the role:
The role of Service Manager at the Westminster Wellbeing Pathway (WWP) offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the management of six services; three complex needs and three step-down projects. All clients are under CPA and the WWP sits within the wider Westminster Mental Health Pathway.
In this role you will:
- Build and develop high functioning staff teams across each hub
- Ensure the creation of an environment and culture where clients are provided with person centred support to maintain their wellbeing with the view to move into independent accommodation
- Manage service budgets and liaise with your Finance Partner where required
- Direct line management of three Deputy Managers
What we’re looking for:
This post require a motivated and passionate Service Manager to lead, support and manage teams across all six projects. As Service Manager of a Mental Health Pathway, you will be expected to have knowledge and experience of working with clients with multiple needs in the mental health or similar sector.

- St Mungo’s contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.
