We are recruiting a Senior Support Worker who can lead by example and direct teams in delivering high quality person centred support.
Full-Time, 35 hours per week.

Do you have the necessary leadership skills to help us deliver our high quality services for people with behaviours that challenge, complex needs, autism, learning and physical disabilities?
Our Senior Support Workers are part of the management teams within our existing services and play a key role in setting up new services. You will have the confidence and resourcefulness to adapt quickly to new situations, ensuring support needs are met and supporting staff to develop appropriate skills. Reporting to Service Managers, you will ensure that services are delivered which value individuals and respond to their needs. Due to the needs of the person being supported, we do need a male for this opportunity.

We operate a 24 hour seven days a week service with a variety of shift patterns that are based on the people we support’s individual requirements. Our full-time contracts are based on 40 hours per week with part-time contracts also available.
