This is an excellent opportunity to join our Long-Term OT Team or Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reablement Service within Adult Social Care.

We are looking for Occupational Therapists that are innovative, motivated and dynamic to join our team.

You will:
• Deliver an effective holistic service to our clients
• Need to have an understanding and a flexible approach to the needs of our culturally diverse clients in the local community
• Work collaboratively with the Social Workers to identify ways to manage the needs of adults who need care and support in the community.
• Have skills in Manual Handling and Major Adaptations to enable the individuals to maintain their independence and safety at home.

The work is very varied and will involve working with adults with a wide range of needs and disabilities. You will work to increase the client’s independence and quality of life, maximising function to empower the client to enable them to remain in the community for as long as possible.

We offer structured supervision, training to enhance skills and excellent development opportunities.
